By visiting our website, submitting a contact or estimate request, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Eureka Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation contracting services in Eureka, CA and surrounding areas of Humboldt County. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal.
The availability of specific services may vary based on location, project scope, material availability, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Eureka Insulation are free of charge and non-binding unless converted into a signed written agreement. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and are subject to change if conditions differ from what was observed or disclosed.
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change after the quote expiration date.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work after a contract is signed may result in a change order with revised pricing. Work will not begin on change orders without written authorization from the customer.
Scheduling is subject to crew availability and project backlog. We will provide you with an estimated start date at the time of contract signing. Actual start dates may shift due to weather, supply delays, or prior project completion timelines.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a scheduling fee to cover crew and material preparation costs, as specified in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unsafe working conditions, inclement weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases and reschedule at the earliest available date.
Payment terms are established in the written service agreement for each project. In general, we require a deposit before materials are ordered, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Specific terms will be stated clearly in your contract.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of contracting. Invoices not paid within the agreed term may accrue a late fee as described in your service agreement.
Work will not commence until any required deposit has been received. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payment for a prior phase is overdue.
Eureka Insulation warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and applicable California building codes. If a defect in workmanship is identified within one year of project completion, we will return to correct it at no additional charge to you.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer. We will provide warranty documentation for installed materials upon project completion when available.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent work performed by other contractors, water intrusion unrelated to our scope of work, structural settlement, or misuse of the installed materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eureka Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific work giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Eureka Insulation makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding our website or services. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
If a dispute arises between you and Eureka Insulation related to our services or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us directly first at info@insulationeureka.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to the arbitration clause above shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Humboldt County, California.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
